It's okay to tell me what's going on.

People come to me because something's adrift.

They're living a life that looks fine from the outside, but feels increasingly compromised inside.

Many face a decision they're unwilling to make or a reckoning they're struggling to accept.

For some, a personal or professional crisis means they have no real alternative but to seek help.

Working with high achievers in the queer community for many years has taught me that below the surface are relationships under strain.

They manifest in the conversations you have with yourself when you're unable to sleep. They emerge from the friction between how people see you and how you want to be seen.

Sometimes, familiar issues keep showing up in different forms, refusing to settle no matter how many tools and techniques you try.

Almost always, the impact of your thoughts and feelings makes it too difficult to justify carrying on regardless.
